I would not recommend this agent.
They provided a good 3rd party for photos and did a lot of visits to the house. They got many offers, but I didn't like the way they managed negotiations and would have liked more transparency.

De makelaar werd mij aanbevolen door iemand uit het Gouden Leeuw complex. Naar bleek een gouden tip ! Prettig contact, Heel acceptabel tarief, goede en gedegen aanpak, waaruit veel kennis en kundigheid bleek. Er werden goede foto's gemaakt en een verkooppresentatie die heel goed de bijzondere kwaliteiten van Gouden Leeuw 248 te Amsterdam liet zien ! En vervolgens kwam er al snel een koper die hier helemaal enthousiast op reageerde en het kocht voor de aangeboden prijs. Hulde aan Rodney Linger.
