I would recommend this agent.
I would highly recommend working Arne (aka Aland Makelaars) for your house search. He has been invaluable in helping me to navigate the Dutch housing market and he was very patient in our conversations as well as easily available for followup questions by phone and by text. He came with me to many viewings and in the end he helped me put in a bid for the house I am now excited to move into. I believe I got a great deal due to his smart negotiating on my behalf. He's been great!

I would recommend this agent.
Aland Makelaars helped us throughout the process of purchasing a home, and made it easy to understand how buying worked. Our Dutch is limited, so working with someone with exceptional English, who worked on our behalf, who built trust and ensured easy communication, made buying much easier. We recommend Aland.

Arne was altijd beschikbaar en reageerde uiterst snel, wat echt een groot verschil maakte. Binnen slechts een week aan bezichtigingen wist ik, dankzij zijn begeleiding, mijn appartement te bemachtigen. Door zijn expertise wist ik waar ik op moest letten, waardoor het koopproces enigszins soepel verliep. Ik zou hem aan iedereen aanbevelen!
