I would recommend this agent.
Wij zijn erg tevreden met de dienstverlening van The Avenue Group. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar (ook buiten normale werkuren) en zetten echt een extra stap om de transactie te laten slagen. Ook de presentatie van de woning heeft voor een enorm aantal bezichtigingen gezorgd, wat heeft geresulteerd in een succesvolle transactie!

I would recommend this agent.
Het contact met de makelaar verliep heel voorspoedig, deskundig advies over de gehele gang van zaken. Ze hebben de woning perfect weergegeven met goede foto's op Funda. De gehele afwikkeling is perfect gegaan en ook hun backoffice is heel efficiënt en goed georganiseerd. Wij zijn heel tevreden.

Beste makelaar voor Hyde Park. Korte lijntjes, goed netwerk en snelle verkoop. Björn en Melvin zijn meer dan goed te bereiken en gaan voor je door het vuur. Erg gedreven makelaars. Communicatie is top.

These guys were with us every single step of the way, and went above and beyond the normal procedure. They exceeded all our expectations.
