We were really happy to have Eric as our real estate agent. He is efficient, knowledgeable and a very good communicator. Eric has been there throughout the entire process to help us understand various specifics of the local market. He is also a very good planner and a reliable person. We would advise him to anyone interested in buying or selling their house.

I would recommend this agent.
Eric had ons eerder goed geholpen bij de aankoop van ons huis. Toen we weer wilden verkopen, hebben we Eric meteen gevraagd. Geen moment spijt van gehad, Eric zorgde ervoor dat aan alles gedacht werd. Dit zorgde ervoor dat wij ons op andere dingen konden focussen. Ons huis is uiteindelijk goed en soepel verkocht, we zouden Eric zeker aanraden (hebben we inmiddels ook al een paar keer gedaan)

I would recommend this agent.
Het proces verliep prettig. Eric heeft veel marktkennis en kennis van het verkoopproces. Dat geeft veel rust. Alle beslissingen laat hij wel aan de verkoper, dus je blijft zelf aan de knoppen. Het contact verloopt heel praktisch en vlot.
