Goede kennis van de lokale buurt en alle bewegingen hier. Het backoffice / secretariaat is zeer attend en informeerd goed over alle aktiviteiten. Ik vond dat de tijd tussen de bezichtigingen en de vraag voor biedingen erg kort was en ik het gevoel had dat de geinteresseerden hier meer tijd zouden moeten krijgen. De verdere koop- en overdrachtafwikkeling was professioneel.

Prettig contact, heel duidelijk in communicatie, reageert altijd snel op berichtjes. Goede inschatting van waarde huis en te volgen strategie.

I would recommend this agent.
We struggled a little with the market shifting during the selling process of our home, but Van Uffelen (Jur) did well with giving as much information as possible and keeping us updated regularly after viewings. Ultimately Jur did a great job, especially with the negotiations with the buyer and taking care timely to make sure all steps were completed timely.
