Het was jammer dat als wij een leuk huis hadden gezien, de makelaar met vakantie was. Haar vervanger was wel bereikbaar, maar wist niet alle afspraken rond ons dossier.

I would recommend this agent.
We contacted this agency based on the experience of one of our friends. Els was the agent who took us on. With the first meeting itself we got a good impression of her expertise. From there she was with us through every step of the way. She was present in all viewings, helped us look at the houses from an expert lens, thorough with the documents before each viewing, helped us arrive at a realistic and meaningful bid. We ended up getting the second time we bid (although not of the highest offer) because of the reliability on Els in terms of her clients. As 2 people working full time with an infant looking for a house, we could offload much of the efforts in this process due to the assistance of Els. We highly recommend her services.

I would recommend this agent.
In deze overspannen markt toch snel een woning gevonden. Els heeft goed meegekeken tijdens de bezichtiging en ook goed geadviseerd bij het uitbrengen van een bod. De meerwaarde van een aankoopmakelaar is mij tijdens dit traject overduidelijk geworden.
