I would recommend this agent.
Vincent heeft de verkoop perfect begeleid. Hij had duidelijk voor ogen hoe het proces er uit moest zien en dat ook zo uitgevoerd. Daarnaast gaf hij veel service en had hij de juiste aandacht voor ons als verkopers. Zeker aan te bevelen!

De makelaar heeft een hele prettige omgang. Dat zorgt voor vertrouwen en daar gaat het om bij je beslissing je huis te verkopen via een makelaar.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Polder brokers & Leopardi from start to finish. The best of the market! Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication truly set them apart. Also, they do have an intranet with all information needed for the seller - very easy to navigate. What we appreciated most was the personal approach. They guided us every step of the way, making what can be a stressful process feel easy and well-managed. Specially for an expat. If you are one, they are very helpful! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient makelaar. Vince and Joyce are the best of The Netherlands! Thank you so much for all efforts on selling our dream house.
