I would recommend this agent.
I highly recommend Karin Gebhardt who has now handled 3 different transactions for me during the last 3 and a half years! She was the agent in charge when I purchased my apartment in 2021. Then she made a rental agreement for me when I rented out the property in 2022.Now finally she helped me sell the property in August 2024.Everything was done very efficiently.I had great publicity .Karin brought in a very good photographer..the video and photos were terrific! The showings were well planned done causing me basically no inconvenience .She gave me good advice and support during all the proceedings. The final outcome of the sale exceeded my expectations so I can certainly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property! Thankyou Karin once again !

Zoals ook bij de verkoop van onze vorige woning, was het weer fijn om dit door Karin Gebhart van Boekweit en Olie te laten verzorgen. Zij is deskundig en werkt vol passie. Ons huis was weer in goede handen.
