    We hebben frequent contact gehad met de makelaar. Het contact was heel prettig en persoonlijk. De communicatie was open en eerlijk. Het was nooit een probleem om iets extra’s te doen, de makelaar was daarin proactief. De makelaar is heel flexibel. Dat vonden wij ook prettig. De backoffice ondersteuning van het kantoor is top.

    Verkoop verliep vlot, adviezen waren prima, het contact zowel met de makelaar als de medewerkers verliepen naar wens. Dus een aanrader wat mij betreft.

    Helaas was onze makelaar een betere "gratis" aankoopmakelaar voor de kopers dan hij verkoopmakelaar voor ons was. O.a. verhoging energielabel werd snel begeleid voor kopers NA verkoop ipv vóór verkoop ten gunste van ons. Bijzonder. Ook verkoopstrategie en prijsbepaling liep stroef en de foto's waren afschuwelijk. Al met al heeft het ons een pak geld gekost. We hadden helaas niet de tijd en mogelijkheid om van makelaar te wisselen anders hadden we dat zeker gedaan.
