We took the right decision to engage Wil from Work Makelaardij to help with our property purchase. Wil helped us in taking the right decisions and very soon we were able to successfully complete our purchase transaction. Wil is very approachable and has very high market knowledge and has a very good reputation with other property agents.

I would not recommend this agent.
Ik ben niet tevreden over de manier waarop hij ons heeft behandeld, zeer onprofessioneel. Niet beschikbaar toen we hem nodig hadden, we zijn redelijk tevreden met de aankoop, helemaal geen slecht huis. Vooral de communicatie en administratie waren van zijn kant erg slecht. Ik zou zijn service niet aanbevelen.

I would recommend this agent.
Extreem goed in bepalen van de juiste prijs om het huis te kunnen kopen zonder te hoog te bieden. Precies wat je wilt van een aankoopmakelaar. We hebben hem al 2 keer gebruikt en elke keer was het raak zonder teveel te betalen.
