I would recommend this agent.
Hugo provided eye opening information from the first session. Further, he was informing me in every step whether a house was of desired quality in terms of foundation, area, VVE activity etc. He has a good network and it helps getting first hand information. Lastly, he forms the deal in a way that favors the buyer.
