De makelaar heeft kennis van zaken! Heeft verstand van wet- en regelgeving en is goed bereikbaar voor al zijn klanten. Hij is geduldig en luistert goed, maakt goede notities en onthoud ook goed wat ik hem heb gevraagd.

Ik heb jarenlang gezocht naar een eigen woning zonder resultaat. Arjan van Dichtbij Makelaardij ben ik een keer tegen gekomen tijdens een bezichtiging van een woning. Hoewel ik deze woning niet zelf aan heb gekocht had hij mij een aantal tips gegeven voor het zoeken naar woningen en vertelde hij wat een aankoopmakelaar kan betekenen. Na goed nadenken heb ik toen toch besloten om Dichtbij Makelaardij in te schakelen als aankoopmakelaar. Ik ging daarna nog steeds zelf op zoek naar woningen, maar er was altijd een makelaar beschikbaar die samen met mij een woning kon bezichtigen. Ze zijn heel eerlijk en denken met je mee. Makkelijk te communiceren via WhatsApp, maar zeker ook telefonisch bereikbaar wanneer nodig. Binnen een jaar is het uiteindelijk gelukt! Dankzij de hulp van Dichtbij!

Arjan and his team were very helpful and supportive throughout the purchase process. They were clear in their communication and arranged all appointments - from house viewings to expert reports, quickly. Arjan, who joined us for the viewings, helped us evaluate the properties in detail and advised us on how to proceed with the bid. He was easy to approach and willing to share his experience with us. I would definitely recommend his services.
