  Ard was extremely clear about expectations from the very beginning and helped me understand exactly what the service would involve. Once we found the right property, he really supported me through the whole process—mentally and strategically—while always keeping my feet on the ground. He was extremely professional with every check he needed to make on the property. I never felt left alone; it truly felt like having a partner to support me through the essential parts of the process. Ard was also incredibly meticulous once we identified a property I liked, making sure everything was in the right place before signing anything, even when others were pushing to move faster. I can confidently say he is the best backup you can have in your house-hunting experience.

  Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met de dienstverlening van Ard de Jongh en zijn makelaardij. De woning is snel en voor een zeer hoge prijs verkocht, boven mijn verwachting. Dit was al de tweede keer dat Ard mijn woning heeft verkocht en ik kan hem zeer aanraden. Hij straalt veel vertrouwen, ervaring en kennis uit.
