I would not recommend this agent.
They gave us some good tips how to make our house ready for selling and their photographer was really expert. Their strategy of selling the house worked well. However, they rate is a bit higher than some other agencies. Moreover, after selling the house they got disappeared and didn't respond to our requests in a good time. For example, they returned back the keys too late or they did not update the sign of selling to show the house had been sold out.
