I would recommend this agent.
They have very nice staff for selling with good insights into the market. Selling didn’t happen as smooth as expected initially but they reacted fast and discussed with me for proper strategies. Most of the time the communication is great but sometimes not as they have multiple department handling different things. For example I was not reminded upfront to hand over the keys to the agent until the night before viewing. But overall I will recommend them for sure in this region!

I would recommend this agent.
De communicatie verliep snel en soepel. Zodra er iets relevants was te melden hoorden we dat gelijk. Ook het bieden verliep goed. En het inleveren van alle benodigde papieren omdat het een appartement dus een VVE betrof.

I would recommend this agent.
7 jaar geleden via Ditters het appartement gekocht en door de goede ervaring die we met deze makelaar hadden in 2017, Ditters ook weer gevraagd voor de verkoop in 2025. Er wordt mee geleefd, er is oprecht enthousiasme bij behaalde successen. En uiteraard is het een commerciele organisatie maar niet op een "gladde" manier, dat vind ik prettig. Kortom fijn samengewerkt, goed op de hoogte gehouden, prettig contact. Hartelijk dank!
