Chita en haar team hebben met engelen geduld een moeilijk verkoop traject in een uitdagende markt begeleid. Na onze scheiding hadden ze twee partijen die moesten worden begeleid, wat op respectvolle en invoelende wijze is gedaan. Verschillende keren gingen ze de 'extra mile' met o.a. het mobiliseren van andere dienstverleners en/of verwijzing van aspirant kopers uit buitenland naar goede dienstverleners in Nederland, daarmee het process faciliterend.
