Ceci n’est pas une maison Living at Ceci goes far beyond arriving home to an apartment. It represents a deliberate choice to be surrounded daily by quality and design, to sense an attentive balance between harmony and comfort, gently touched by a hint of magic. Ceci also stands for boutique living, comprising twenty-four carefully designed apartments ranging from approximately 72 to 213 square metres. Studio Modijefsky has been closely involved in the development of Ceci from the outset. The studio carefully designed the floor plans, reflected in considered sightlines, spatial clarity and an intuitive, logical flow throughout each interior. Notable features include generous ceiling heights of over 2.80 metres, exposed wooden beams and living spaces where light and materiality are thoughtfully aligned. Tailored interiors For further personalisation in harmony with the distinctive character of Ceci, Studio Modijefsky offers guidance in realising a bespoke interior, ranging from refined finishes to a fully customised design. Consider serene colour palettes with expressive accents, refined wood species, distinctive natural stone and subtle reflective details that draw the outdoor atmosphere inward.
