I had a fantastic experience working with them! They were always on top of every detail and made sure all the paperwork was handled quickly and correctly. Their constant communication with me and the other parties involved in the purchase made the whole process so smooth and free of stress! To give an example, I was on holidays when we had to place an offer and they took care of everything for me while I was on the beach. When I had to be back at work, they took care of passing down all the necessary information to the notary, my financial advisors and other parties. As my abilities with dutch are limited, they also took care of making sure that I understood everything that was detailed in the many (may) documents that need to be reviewed when buying a house. They kept me updated on every step of the way, and they answered all my questions right away. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!
