From there she was with us through every step of the way. She was present in all viewings, helped us look at the houses from an expert lens, thorough with the documents before each viewing, helped us arrive at a realistic and meaningful bid. We ended up getting the second time we bid (although not of the highest offer) because of the reliability on Els in terms of her clients. As 2 people working full time with an infant looking for a house, we could offload much of the efforts in this process due to the assistance of Els. We highly recommend her services.
