The selection criteria we use:

The type of income:
We also look at the type of income, such as an employment contract for a fixed or indefinite period of time or (self-employed) entrepreneurship. This is because your source of income is relevant for the landlord to assess your financial position - and thus his financial security. Any other sources of income such as, for example, a guarantee, inheritance and/or alimony also play a role in this assessment.
Rental history:
If you have previously rented a property, your rental history is important. Prospective tenants with a demonstrable positive rental history, such as through a landlord's statement, offer the landlord some security.
Household composition:
It is important that the composition of the occupants is a good match for the property. We pay attention to this and thus look at whether you live alone or together, with or without children. This allows you to live comfortably (together), and also tries to prevent nuisance and damage.
Allocation and rental agreement:
If you are assigned the property based on the applicable selection criteria, we will of course let you know. You will then be offered a rental agreement.
Rejections
If a candidate is rejected, we will let the candidate know. We will also motivate why the candidate was chosen.
