Accessibility Statement
1. About our service
Funda is the leading online housing platform for real estate agents and consumers. Through our website, you can, among other things, search for properties, view property information and contact a real estate agent.
Your real estate agent can also list your home on Funda. If you and your real estate agent agree that you will pay Funda directly for the publication of your listing, this Accessibility Statement applies to the pages on Funda that you use as part of that process.
We believe it is important that everyone can use Funda as easily as possible. In this Accessibility Statement, we explain how we meet the accessibility requirements, how we work to ensure that our services remain accessible, and how you can contact us if you experience an accessibility issue.
2. Digital accessibility
We design and assess the accessibility of the above-mentioned pages on Funda against the international standard for digital accessibility of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, levels A and AA. In August 2026, we commissioned Accessibility.nl to conduct an accessibility audit of our service.
Among other things, we focus on:
Navigation: links clearly indicate where they lead, and users can navigate to pages in more than one way. Recurring navigation and help options are provided in a consistent and recognizable manner.
Easy to operate: interactive elements are sufficiently large to make them easier to operate. Users navigating with a keyboard are not trapped within parts of the interface, and functionality can be operated in different ways.
Completing forms: input fields are provided with labels or instructions to help users enter the correct information.
Preventing errors when ordering: measures are in place to help users prevent or correct errors when placing an order and making a payment.
Screen orientation: the platform can be viewed and operated in both portrait and landscape orientation.
3. How we maintain accessibility
Accessibility is an ongoing consideration in the development and management of the pages covered by this Accessibility Statement. When making changes as part of this process, we take the applicable accessibility requirements into account. We periodically assess the accessibility of these pages, including through audits and other checks. We use the results of these assessments to make improvements where necessary.
We also monitor relevant developments in accessibility requirements. If these pages or the requirements that apply to them change, we assess the impact of those changes and adapt our approach where necessary.
4. Contact
If you experience an accessibility issue when using our services or have a question about the accessibility of Funda, please contact us via our contact form or by telephone via +31 (0)20-561 82 29.
If you would prefer to receive the information in this Accessibility Statement verbally, you can also contact us. We are happy to go through the statement with you by telephone.
This Accessibility Statement (version 1.0) was last updated on 16 September 2026 and will be updated when relevant changes relating to accessibility are implemented.
