Aalsmeer

Aalsmeer is also very well-located for public transport: two train stations are a short distance away (Hoofddorp and Schiphol), both easily accessible by bus. These stations offer connections to various major cities. Aalsmeer has a rich community life in many different areas. There are numerous restaurants and cafes, and along the Westeinder, near the most beautiful water tower in North Holland, there's a beach. The municipality of Aalsmeer comprises the villages of Aalsmeer and Kudelstaart and has over 30,000 inhabitants. The Westeinderplassen lakes offer a unique nature and recreation area with beautiful open water for water sports and a maze of ditches to explore by motorboat, canoe, or SUP.
