We have lived at François Mauriacweg 181 with great pleasure since 2020. What we have always appreciated most is the combination of peace, space and accessibility. The apartment is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood and the building itself is quiet and enjoyable to live in. We have never experienced any problems or nuisance.
The green outlook gives the apartment a pleasant and open atmosphere. At the same time, all daily amenities are within walking distance. The supermarket, chemist, doctor’s practice, pharmacy, pet shop, hairdresser and virtually everything needed for daily life are conveniently nearby.
We have also greatly appreciated the location in relation to both Utrecht and nature. Within approximately 15 minutes by bicycle or bus, you can reach Utrecht city centre, while the forest can be reached in around five minutes by bicycle. This combination of city life, amenities and nature has been ideal for us.
In addition, the homeowners’ association is active and professionally managed. Maintenance is handled well, and there is always someone available to assist with questions or concerns.
