A practical layout
The interior provides space for preparing meals, dining together and relaxing aboard. A double bed is located in the aft cabin, with two additional berths forward. The four sleeping places make the cruiser suitable for overnight stays as a couple, with family or with guests. Having sleeping accommodation at both ends of the boat adds flexibility to the layout.
Facilities aboard
The cruiser has a toilet, while hot water is supplied by a gas water heater. There is currently no shower. Installing a shower connection is a possible modification, and alterations to the facilities can be discussed at additional cost.
Recent maintenance
The cruiser has new upholstery and a new mattress. The deck and superstructure have been blasted and repainted. During the summer of 2026, the underwater hull was also treated at a boatyard. These works form part of the cruiser’s recent maintenance history.

Heeg sits beside the Heegermeer in Friesland’s lake district, an area associated with sailing, boating and outdoor recreation. The lake adjoins the Fluessen, creating an extensive setting for water sports. Back on shore, the village has restaurants, terraces and shops, alongside reminders of its historic eel trade. Getting there
Heeg can be reached by car via the A7 near Sneek and the N354, followed by local roads into the village. The A6 provides another approach towards the Frisian lake district when travelling from the central Netherlands. Public transport connections are available via Sneek railway station and an onward bus service to Heeg. Free parking beside the boat is available at its current berth.
Berth fees
The berth fee is €225 per month.
Recreational stays and condition
The cruiser offers scope for extended recreational stays within the applicable berth arrangements. Registration at the berth address is not possible. The vessel is sold in its present condition, with its existing equipment and any defects, on an “as is” basis. Boat ownership involves regular marine maintenance of the hull, deck, machinery and onboard systems, with requirements that differ from those of a house. Modifications and additional work can be discussed and are charged separately.
Financing
Purchase financing may be available, subject to assessment and approval by the finance provider. Availability depends on the vessel, the buyer’s personal circumstances and the provider’s terms.
