Air conditioning is installed, and two windows on either side overlook the garden and the private terrace belonging to the guest accommodation. The terrace is fitted with an awning with (sun) louvers.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and sink. The bathroom, accessible via sliding doors, is luxuriously and modernly finished, featuring a wide double vanity unit with mirror (with lighting and heating), a double shower with dual hand and rain showers and a linear drain, and a cupboard with connections for a washing machine and dryer. The conservatory, adjoining the living room and back garden, is constructed of aluminium with translucent synthetic panels and fitted with recessed lighting. This space can be enclosed and heated via air conditioning. Adjacent to it, the veranda—screened from sun and rain by adjustable louvers—offers a wonderful place to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
First floor:
Landing with hatch to storage space behind the knee walls, where the central heating boiler (Atag, 2017) is located. The elongated landing features a window in the rear gable and provides access to the bathroom and five spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in the side wing, two at the front of the house, and the fifth bedroom is situated in the dormer on the driveway side. A hatch to the loft is also located on the landing. The new bathroom, completed in 2025, is fitted with a shower, wall-hung toilet, vanity unit with mirror and lighting, towel radiator and window.
Outbuildings and grounds
A wide driveway offers four parking spaces and a canopy for storing bicycles and/or scooters. Along the path to the front door is a large pond with koi carp. At the front left of the property is the duck enclosure with swimming pond and night shelter, with a meadow behind suitable for sheep and/or deer.
