BBMI: the industry-wide measurement code (BBMI) is based on NEN2580 and is intended to apply a more unambiguous method of measurement to give an indication of the usable surface area. Age clause: The following age clause will be included in the deed of sale: The buyer is aware that the property is more than 50 years old, which means that the requirements for construction quality are considerably lower than for new homes.
