This may be a balcony, a terrace or a garden adjoining the courtyard garden. Some apartments even have two outdoor spaces, for example a balcony as well as a terrace. This means there is always a pleasant place to sit outside, from your first cup of coffee in the morning to a long summer evening. BOEG is also future-ready in terms of comfort and sustainability. The apartments are expected to have an A+++ energy label and will be equipped with an individual heat pump connected to a collective energy source. Each apartment comes with its own parking space in the secure, partially covered parking garage.
