De Koploper

De Koploper: 45 comfortable apartments in the heart of Delft Living in the heart of Delft, within walking distance of the Market Square, the train station and all amenities that make the city so attractive. De Koploper is a contemporary new-build project in Nieuw Delft, directly located next to the Van Leeuwenhoekpark. De Koploper comprises 45 comfortable owner-occupied apartments, spread over four residential floors. The homes range in size from approximately 50 m² to 95 m² and are available in various layouts with two, three or four rooms. This makes the apartments suitable for both one- and two-person households. Apartments on the fourth and top floor feature a spacious roof terrace or loggia. Each apartment comes with its own loggia, providing a sheltered and pleasant outdoor space. In addition, residents have access to a green courtyard garden and a shared roof garden, as well as communal areas designed to encourage interaction. The ground floor of the building will accommodate social and commercial facilities, with a preference for functions such as a general practitioner or physiotherapy practice. The building also includes a parking garage spread over three levels, offering a total of 29 parking spaces exclusively for residents. A communal bicycle storage is located on the ground floor. The location in Nieuw Delft offers the best of both worlds: the historic and vibrant city centre with canals, terraces and shops within walking distance, combined with a modern living environment. Thanks to the proximity of Delft station and the A4 and A13 motorways, cities such as The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam are easily accessible. Nature lovers will also feel at home here. Nearby you will find, among others, the Delftse Hout and the Midden-Delfland area, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.
