LIVING IN THE FORMER MILL LANDSCAPE OF ZAANDAM The former Holleman-Schoen industrial estate in Zaandam – where mills used to be – is undergoing a major makeover: it is being transformed into a multifunctional hub where living plays the leading role. From mid-May 2024, 106 rental apartments will be built on the former Schoen location for housing corporation Rochdale.
