Our office has nearly 50 years (1977 – 2025) of experience in the housing market of Zuid-Kennemerland, one of the most beautiful and sought-after regions in the Netherlands. In Zuid-Kennemerland, everything is within reach the beach, the dunes, the sea, the forests, and the charming city center of Haarlem with all its restaurants and shops. Our vibrant capital, Amsterdam, and of course Schiphol Airport, are also nearby.


Since 2020, we have also opened a branch in Amsterdam, where our broker Marjolein serves our clients a perfect addition to our existing range of services.

    Vanaf het begin klikte het goed met Marjolein. Ze was niet alleen deskundig en fijn in omgang, verder vooral ook communicatief helder én transparant. Je weet wat je aan haar hebt en legt goed uit tijdens het proces. Verder was ze ook heel pro-actief: bv. op moment dat we geboden hebben, direct bouwtechnische keuring ingepland alsook notaris. Zodoende kregen we binnen exact 1 maand tijd de aankoop rond.

    Ik had me geen betere makelaar kunnen wensen dan Marjolein van Kroon van Diest Makelaars. Ze was ontzettend attent, geduldig en fijn om mee samen te werken. In een voor mij moeilijk en emotioneel proces was ze betrokken, steunend en altijd bereikbaar. Tegelijkertijd was ze tijdens de onderhandelingen messcherp en doortastend.
