    Alle afspraken zijn correct nagekomen. Makelaar neemt initiatief om bij te praten en/of op de hoogte te houden. Kan zich goed verplaatsen in onze voorzichtigheid, etc.. Begeleidt goed bij de bezichtigingen en de onderhandelingen. Kortom, erg tevreden!

    Sjors (WBos) is een enthousiaste jonge vent met een uitstekende ervaring en uitstraling. Hij weet absoluut waar hij het over heeft en dat geeft vertrouwen. Zijn kennis van de markt is uitstekend .Het gebruik van moderne marketing en communicatiemiddelen is instrumenteel gebleken voor het snel en goed verkopen van het object. De bereikbaarheid/toegankelijkheid van de makelaar is na een wat stroeve start uitmuntend! Snel en efficiënt. In de voorbereidende fase heeft Sjors ons enorm ontziend met allerhande services: huis leeghalen, tuin onderhoud, huis schoonmaken. Dit heeft ons enorm veel tijd en energie gescheeld waardoor het huis snel de markt op kon. Het was fijn om na 51(!) jaar dit kantoor weer in te schakelen voor dit huis. 👍 Aanbevolen!
