    Vanaf eerste afspraak bij het huis is duidelijk dat het Siem ook gaat om de mensen te kennen. Hij geeft desgevraagd ook veel inkijk in zijn eigen leven. Bij ons was er de ‘klik’. Goede inschatting van de specifieke marktwaarde. Gedurende het hele proces heldere afwegingen, rustige overwegingen, duidelijke conclusie en aktie. Wat betreft de prijs: alle makelaars zijn door de gestegen huizenprijzen te duur in Euro’s. In % was courtage redelijk.

    Siem van der Graaf en zijn team hebben ons geholpen bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning en verkoop van onze oude woning. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over het verloop van het proces, de deskundigheid bij Siem en de begeleiding. Ook het interne team van Keijser & Drieman reageerde heel snel op onze vragen en informeerde ons snel over wijzigingen en/of zaken die nodig waren.
