    Vriendelijk en prettig in contact, duidelijke communicatie. Heeft ruim de tijd genomen om inzicht te krijgen in onze wensen en wist kritisch met ons mee te denken, zonder persoonlijk oordeel te vellen. Goede kennis wat betreft de woning en ook wat betreft omgeving en gang van zaken. Wij voelden ons vertrouwd in haar handen gedurende dit toch voor ons spannende proces, waar ze ons fijn doorheen heeft begeleid. We hadden het niet anders kunnen wensen.
