Description

What started in 2008 as Floriande Makelaars in the Floriande neighbourhood has grown into a real estate agency with an expanding area of operation.

We are now based at Leidsevaartweg 41 in Heemstede, helping clients throughout Haarlemmermeer, Zuid-Kennemerland and the surrounding area with buying, selling and valuing homes.

Led by founder and NVM-certified real estate agent Mark Staats, Staats Huysen stands for a personal approach, expert advice and a keen eye for opportunities. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, but in tailored advice, personal attention and genuinely thinking along with our clients.

With almost twenty years of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market, we know what is happening and what it takes to make the right decisions.

Whether you are buying, selling or looking to have a property valued, you can count on our expertise, transparency and commitment.

Staats Huysen; a love for houses, a wealth of expertise.
