Who is JandeMakelaar?

JandeMakelaar was founded in 2017 by NVM Registered Real Estate Agent and Registered Valuer Jan Hendrik Leenheer. He grew up in Hoofddorp and has lived in Nieuw-Vennep for over 20 years. A true local who has been active in real estate for 25 years. As of May 1, 2026, Kelly van Dam is affiliated with the firm as an NVM Registered Real Estate Agent, Registered Appraiser, and co-owner. With extensive experience in the Haarlemmermeer area, she knows the local housing market like no other. She previously worked at a large real estate agency in Nieuw-Vennep. She grew up in Aalsmeer and lives with her family in Kudelstaart. As a result, she is strongly connected to this area, not only professionally but also personally.

The team is completed by Fenna Kiebert. Fenna comes from Sassenheim and has been working at JandeMakelaar as an Internal Sales Representative since 2022. Additionally, Fenna is training to become an NVM Real Estate Agent.
