    Wij zouden Derks Makelaardij zeker aanbevelen voor de verkoop van je huis. Hun service is professioneel, communicatie uitstekend. De lijntjes zijn kort, net als de reactietijd. Ze zijn betrokken gedurende het hele proces, hebben fijn advies en zijn bereid om een stap extra te zetten. Ook als het gaat om bezichtigingen. Ze stellen geen maximum, maar organiseren als het nodig is zelf meerdere 'open huis' momenten. Zo kom je ongetwijfeld tot de beste match.

    Vanwege stroef contact met de makelaar van het huis dat we wilde kopen hebben we contact met Henk opgenomen. Dat was 'n goede beslissing, fijn dat Henk meedacht met ons in mogelijkheden. Zijn duidelijkheid en het toelichten van zaken was top voor ons. We hebben het andere huis gekocht en ons huis verkocht. Fijn zaken doen met Henk en zijn team.
