    In eerste instantie vonden we dat de woning voor de verkoop te laat was ingeschat. Dit werd na het zien al gauw aangepast en zijn we akkoord gegaan met het idee over de tactiek en de verkoopprijs. Marco van Hoekstra en van Eck is een fijne gesprekspartner. Beleefd, goed te bereiken indien nodig en weet waar hij over praat. Verkoop is prima gelopen en naar onze tevredenheid. Alles is door Marco keurig begeleid en afgehandeld. Superfijn om hem als tussenpersoon te mogen meemaken en een dikke pluim.
