We are ECHT Makelaars & Taxateurs, a real estate agency founded in 2020, focused on the residential market in the greater Alkmaar region. Short lines of communication, a personal approach, strong local knowledge, and a professional way of working are what truly make us ECHT (REAL).

Nice to meet you

Laurens Slikker has been active in real estate since 2006. He grew up in the Schagen area and now lives in Alkmaar, where he works as a real estate professional in this beautiful city. In 2013, Laurens obtained his RM RT title (Registered Real Estate Agent & Registered Valuer) and is a sworn NVM real estate agent. In addition to extensive experience in buying and selling homes, he is also qualified and authorized to prepare valuation reports.

Petra Duijn-de Jager has been working for us as Office Manager since November 2024. So there's a good chance you'll speak to me when you call our office! As Office Manager, she's responsible for the day-to-day running of our office. She schedules appointments, supports the team where needed, and keeps everything organized. To further her professional development, Petra will begin training as an assistant real estate agent in May 2026. This will allow her to further expand her knowledge and offer our clients even more value!
