Prima verlopen verkoop. Om de verkoop te bevorderen werd de lege woning ingericht met meubels en decoraties aan de muur. Dit werd voorgesteld door de makelaar en door hen werd een extern bedrijf, waarmee zij langer samenwerken, ingeschakeld.
