Janssen Steijlen helps expatriates buy and sell homes in the Veldhoven and Eindhoven regions. We act as a sales and purchases real estate agent and you can approach us in respect of both existing and development project dwellings. In addition, we specialise in assisting expatriates. For years now we have been a partner of the Holland Expat Centre and have since helped a great number of expatriates in their search for or with the sale of a home. This is why we regularly organise information afternoons together with the Holland Expat Centre and guided bus tours to help expatriates find their way around the Eindhoven region.

Association

This office is a member of the NVM.

With over 4400 affiliated real estate agents/appraisers, the Dutch Cooperative Association of Real Estate Agents and Appraisers (NVM) is the largest membership organisation for real estate agents, appraisers and property experts. An NVM real estate agent is an expert in the field, is personally engaged and makes buying or selling a house a hassle-free process.

    Hele fijne, nuchtere mensen. Werken snel en doelgericht. Communicatie is prettig, altijd bereikbaar voor vragen, met korte lijntjes. Super tevreden over Janssen Steijlen.

    Van begin tot eind zeer fijn geholpen door Jac en Luna. Het hele traject zijn wij goed op de hoogte gehouden van alle ontwikkelingen omtrent te verkoop. Wij zijn zeer tevreden met de duidelijke communicatie, goede bereikbaarheid bij vragen en de manier waarop het huis in de markt is gezet.
