I chose G. Kok after speaking with several real estate agents. From the first conversation with Roderik, I appreciated his honesty, straightforward approach and knowledge of the local market. I had a fairly clear idea of what I wanted, and within about a month I had bought my house. Het contact verliep prima. Dacht goed mee/ Wij hadden de tijd en de aankoop werd dusdanig uitgesteld dat alle besteld kon worden, wij de tijd hadden/hennen om de woning leeg te ruimen en aannemers te mobiliseren zodat de over bruggingshypotheek zo kort mogelijk was.

Deze makelaar verstaat zijn vak! Prettige samenwerking, begripvol, slimme verkooptactiek, denkt mee en zeer respectvol naar kopende partijen. Wat een gigant.
