    - Wij hebben in het aankoop proces onze makelaar niet 1 keer fysiek ontmoet. Was te laat en daardoor niet aanwezig bij de intake, niet samen met ons bij de bezichtiging aanwezig, niet aanwezig bij bouwkundige keuring en niet aanwezig bij oplevering/overdracht (oplevering met contactpersoon van kantoor). - Meerdere malen was er sprake van miscommunicatie oa rondom bezichtigingen en rondom bouwkundige keuring (wat ons extra kosten heeft opgeleverd). - In algemene zin weinig toelichting op de stukken of attenderen op hele specifieke voorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld kettingbeding en bijbehorende boete t.a.v. parkeervergunning. Maar ook wat slordigheden bijvoorbeeld t.a.v. voorlopig koopcontract; beperkte bouwkundige keuring/vocht check niet opgenomen als ontbindende voorwaarden). - Woningen die wij interessant vonden werden niet aan ons voorgelegd. De woningen die we hebben bezichtigd hebben we zelf “gevonden”.
