Dit gebeurde zowel tijdens hoogtijdagen als in crisisdagen in de huizenmarkt. Het betrof zowel appartementen als woningen. Er was altijd een reële benadering van de huidige markt. Het contact verliep altijd fijn. Comfortmakelaardij laat zich niet gek maken en zorgt voor rust bij kopers en verkopers. Het aankopen of verkopen van een woning is toch altijd een beetje spannend en de kalmte van Comfortmakelaardij kan u daarbij redden. ”

    We vroegen dhr Boender last-minute mee naar een bezichtiging en hij wist ons prima te adviseren waar we op moesten letten. Het contact (via whatsapp en telefonisch) en de onderhandeling over de aankoop verliepen ook heel vlot en goed. We zijn heel blij dat we dhr Boender ingeschakeld hebben en kunnen hem van harte aanbevelen!
