If you already bought a new house, you could need an valuation report in order to obtain a mortgage. We are a registered valuer, registered with the NRVT and we can issue validated valuation reports. These valuation reports are accepted by all banking authorities. Do you need an valuation report for a legacy or in case of divorce, we can also be of service here.
