Razendsnel is er geschakeld om de aankoop te realiseren. Marktkennis en vooral een heldere analyse van de opties, maar altijd tegen een realistisch daglicht. De verkoop was tevens fenomenaal. Met lef, een goede prijs conform markt en een aanpak gericht op een vlotte verkoop. Binnen 2 weken succesvol verkocht. Ook het netwerk viel op: goede fotograaf, goede contacten met financieel adviseurs, ik kan dus niet anders concluderen dat het telefoontje naar makelaar Dhr. Davids van deze makelaardij, het beste telefoontje was die we konden plegen. Heel veel dank! ”
