    De strategie van prijsstelling alsmede wijze van onderhandeling maakten dat wij zeer tevreden zijn met het gerealiseerde resultaat. `De juiste prijsstelling werd goed onderbouwd (research) en de bijzondere kenmerken werden goed benoemd door Henk alsmede een goede fotoreportage. Maar laten we vooral "het spin in het web" Sonja niet vergeten omdat zij er voor zorgt met haar altijd vriendelijke stem dat alle stukken, telefoontjes, contacten met notaris en nog veel meer van haar werkzaamheden ervoor zorgen dat alles goed en netjes wordt afgewikkeld... dus... Berends en Naafs adviseren?? Uiteraard!

    Prima begeleiding door zakenkundige mensen. Afspraken werden goed nagekomen . De lijntjes waren zeer kort en het overleg constructief.
