    De inzet van zowel Richard als Michelle om tot de verkoop van de woning te komen was perfect. De communicatie verliep steeds helder en duidelijk. Vragen werden direct beantwoordt. Kortom, zeer tevreden met het bereikte resultaat en de begeleiding bij de verkoop. Zij kennen de markt in Oldenzaal

    We hadden zelf al een woning op het oog en op korte termijn een bezichtiging. Gezien het zo kortdag was kon er geen makelaar mee, maar in plaats daarvan kregen we van tevoren wel gerichte tips voor aandachtspunten. De communicatie ging snel via Whatsapp en bellen. Voor de aankoop heeft Pam top werk geleverd. Ze heeft snel geschakeld en goed geadviseerd waardoor we het huis succesvol hebben kunnen kopen.
