    De communicatie verliep zeer duidelijk en heel vlot. Wij hebben dit als zeer prettig ervaren. Bij een eventuele volgende ver-en/of aankoop maken wij zeker weer gebruik van Dirk Jan van makelaar De Koning in De Meern.

    Daan heeft precies voor ons gevonden wat wij zochten. Uniek in deze tijd. Het kost wat geld, maar dan heb je ook wat. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen om Daan als aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen.

    De dossierkennis van ons eerste aanspreekpunt op kantoor is onvoldoende geweest. Daardoor is er ook een cruciale fout gemaakt ten aanzien van de afspraken rondom de verkoop van ons huis. Gelukkig is dit uiteindelijk nog goed afgelopen. Het heeft ons echter veel stress bezorgd. Onze makelaar heeft de fout toegegeven en excuses aangeboden, die wij aanvaard hebben. Het organiseren van de bezichtigingen verliep naar wens en heeft uiteindelijk geleid tot een succesvolle verkoop.
