ENERGY LABEL

Homeowners are required to have a definitive energy label when offering, delivering, selling, or renting out a home. In the absence of a valid energy label, the homeowner risks a fine of € 515. You can apply for an energy label with us for a fee starting from € 280 incl. VAT.

Monumental home

From May 29, 2026, national monument homes and municipal monument homes must also be provided with an energy label.

"I was born and raised in Zeist and Driebergen. After high school, I went on to study law at Utrecht University. As a legal professional, my knowledge comes in very handy in the real estate industry. I now have nearly 30 years of experience as a sworn and certified NVM Registered Real Estate Agent and Appraiser. I started in 1998 at Boon Makelaars Bilthoven as a 3rd generation real estate agent.
