    Wij zijn uitstekend geholpen door Koning Aankoopmakelaars. Het contact met Rutger en Janet verliep heel goed, super betrokken, snel en altijd bereikbaar. Dankzij hun deskundigheid hebben we de woning voor een scherpe prijs kunnen aankopen. We voelden ons gedurende het hele traject volledig ontzorgd. Absolute aanrader!

    Na het kopen van een werkelijk prachtig huis via de koning, verslechterde de communicatie behoorlijk. Maak er van wat je wilt, maar mijn aankoopmakelaars communicatie en toon veranderde aanzienlijk toen ik het biedlogboek opvroeg... Vervolgens kon de verkopend makelaar (Wie "goed contact" zou hebben met De Koning en die deze transactie dan ook niet op haar website vermeld) mij ook weinig vertellen, en zou er ondanks dat beide partijen bij de NVM zijn aangesloten slechts 1 bod (mijn bod) geregistreerd worden omdat dit de enige was die geformaliseerd was... Volgens deze logica zou er dus structureel geen biedlogboek vrijkomen bij het aanschaffen via een woning via een van deze partijen. Erg zonde! Ik trek uiteraard geen conclusies, maar blijkbaar is dit de gang van zaken in het land van de makelaars
